Auto-Add Feature: Streamline Your Proposals with Automatic Equipment Inclusion

We’re excited to introduce the Auto Add feature, designed to save you time and simplify your proposal creation process. With this new functionality, adders, batteries, and inverters can be automatically included in proposals when predefined criteria are met, no manual entry required.

Why Use Auto-Add?

  • Increase Efficiency: Reduce the time spent manually selecting adders, batteries, and inverters for each proposal.

  • Ensure Accuracy: Standardize your proposals by automatically applying the correct equipment based on project requirements.

  • Streamline Sales: Speed up your sales process by setting up your database once and letting the system handle the rest.

How Auto-Add Works for Adders, Batteries, and Inverters

The Auto-Add feature allows you to configure adders, inverters and batteries within your Database to be automatically included in proposals when specific conditions are met.

For Adders: You can associate them with specific roof types, ensuring that whenever a sales rep selects that roof type in a proposal, the corresponding adder is automatically applied. This eliminates the guesswork and ensures that each proposal includes the necessary adjustments based on roof structure.

For Batteries: Auto-Add can be configured based on system size, utility provider, or zip code. This ensures that batteries are automatically included in proposals where they make the most sense, whether it's based on energy demand, regional incentives, or utility compatibility. Simply set up the relevant criteria in the Database, and SubcontractorHub will handle the rest.

For Inverters: Inverters can now also be auto-added based on predefined criteria including system size, pairing with a selected solar panel, zip code, and utilities. Additionally, when an inverter is auto-added to a proposal, a charge is applied based on distance thresholds relative to a warehouse location. These distance-based charges help tailor pricing to each project's logistics.

New Warehouses Tab in Additional Database

We are pleased to introduce a new Warehouses tab within SubcontractorHub's Additional Database. This tab allows users to add warehouses with their detailed information. When setting up a warehouse, you can configure distance thresholds and corresponding charge rates. These charges will automatically factor into the pricing for auto-added inverters, ensuring that proposals accurately reflect costs based on the proximity to the warehouse.

With Auto-Add and the new Warehouses tab, you can ensure consistency across all your proposals while cutting down on repetitive tasks. Experience the ease of Auto-Add and streamline your proposals effortlessly, book a SubcontractorHub demo today!
